Write a testimonial
If KolleK has made your collecting life easier, you can say so in a testimonial, and we may publish it on the public marketing site for other collectors to see. This page explains how to submit one, what happens next, and the control you keep over it.
You will only see this feature when the marketing site is switched on for your instance. Find it under Settings → Marketing → Testimonials. Any member of an account can submit one, whatever their role.
What a testimonial is
A testimonial is a short, honest note in your own words about what you use KolleK for and what you like about it. It carries three things:
- A name. Whatever you would like shown next to your words. It does not have to be your account name.
- A link (optional). A web address, such as your own site. If you add one, your name becomes a clickable link on the marketing site.
- The words themselves. A sentence or two reads best. Write as if you were telling a friend.
One more rule: write it in English. The marketing site is English only, so a testimonial in another language cannot be published.
One testimonial per person
Each person keeps a single testimonial. If you submit again, you replace the one you had rather than adding a second. That is also how you revise: edit the wording and submit again.
What happens after you submit
When you submit, your testimonial goes in review. Someone who runs the instance reads every submission before anything appears publicly, both to keep the wall genuine and to keep spam off it.
- If it is published, your words go live on the KolleK homepage and the testimonials page, and we email you to say thank you.
- If it is not a fit, it is simply not published. You are free to revise and submit again.
While it is in review, and after it is published, the Testimonials screen shows you exactly what you submitted and where it stands.
You stay in control
Your testimonial is always yours to take back. You can remove it at any time, whether it is still in review or already live, and it comes off the marketing site right away. Use the Remove my testimonial button on the Testimonials screen.
